When does the 2024 edition of the Les Grandes Fêtes TELUS festival take place?

The Les Grandes Fêtes TELUS festival takes place from Thursday, August 1st to Sunday, August 4th, 2024.

May I consult the map of the site?

You can consult the Sitemap on our website. Our team at the festival reception will also be able to guide you through the different areas and answer your questions.

Are chairs allowed on the festival site?

We have a designated area for this purpose located behind the sound console. No chairs will be tolerated in front of the sound console.

Are animals allowed on the festival site?

Only service dogs will be allowed. No other pets will be admitted to the site.

Is there ATMs on the festival site?

Yes, we have several ATMs available on the festival site.

In case of rain, can we bring umbrellas?

For security reasons and out of respect for the festival-goers, no umbrellas will be tolerated on the site.

Is there a section for people with reduced mobility?

An exclusive area is available for people with reduced mobility, with access to adapted toilets. A person with reduced mobility may have an accompanying person.

Is there a changing table for babies?

There are no changing tables on the site. However, the service area of Parc Beauséjour offers facilities for this purpose just a few steps from the entrance to the festival site.

Are we allowed to bring a professional camera onto the site?

Disposable, digital, 35mm cameras, and smartphones are allowed. No professional-type cameras will be admitted to the event site. (We consider a camera to be professional if it allows for changing of lenses).

Is there a place where we can park a motorized vehicle?

You can visit the Tourism Rimouski website at www.tourismerimouski.com to learn more about the available campgrounds in the region.

Can I bring a water bottle on the festival site?

Only empty-reusable water bottle will be accepted on the festival site.

Can we bring food on the festival site?

Only small snacks for children will be tolerated. Food concessions are available on site.

Festival site and shows

What time do the site’s gates open?

Scène Loto-Québec

The gates open at 6 p.m. every evening.

Scène Hydro-Québec

The Hydro-Québec stage is accessible from Friday to Sunday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. For show times, please consult our schedule.

What is allowed and not allowed on the site?

Allowed

  • Folding chairs (In the designated area)
  • Small backpack or bag
  • Coats or warm clothing
  • Food or snacks for small children

Not allowed

  • Professional-type cameras
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Food or drinks
  • Umbrellas

Are there big screens and live capture on the sites?

There will be two giant screens attached to the Loto-Québec stage of the festival. A giant screen will also be placed behind the control tower.

Do the shows go on in case of rain?

Yes. A show might be canceled ONLY in the event of an electrical storm or when the safety of the people present on the site is threatened.

What should I do if I have lost something on one of the festival sites?

We invite you to contact us at [email protected] or visit us at the festival site’s reception the following day to check if the team members have found your lost item.

Are their toilets onsite?

Yes. There are several portable toilets on all the site.

Why do some events have a queue when tickets go on sale?

When a popular event goes live, a queue is generated to manage the high volume of simultaneous activity, thus optimizing the experience during the purchase.

Here is a list of actions to prioritize to increase your chances of obtaining a pass:

  • Arrive a few minutes early on the event page of your choice, before it goes on sale.
  • Keep the event page active at all times while waiting.
  • Stay alert: your position in the queue can change very quickly.

How does the queue work?

How much does a pass cost?

Please refer to the Tickets section, on the website to obtain information about the different rates.

During the event, the ticket office will also be available on-site for the sale of the following products:

  • 4-night adult passes in general admission
  • 4-night children’s passes in general admission
  • 4-night reduced mobility passes in general admission
  • Daily tickets in general admission
  • Zone Avant-Scène Desjardins (if bracelets are still available)
  • Zone Ultime VIP Coors Light (if bracelets are still available)

Please note that the shows presented on the Hydro-Québec stage are free.

Children’s pass.

Children aged 6 to 12 will need to have their own pass to attend the shows. It will be sold at a cost of $15.00 + taxes and service fees. Identification may be requested at the festival entrance.

Children under 6 years of age can enter the festival site for free.

Any child 12 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult.

What is a general admission pass?

The general admission pass grants access to the festival site for four nights or for an individual evening. It is possible to upgrade a 4-night general admission pass with daily access to the Zone Avant-Scène Desjardins or the Zone Ultime VIP Coors Light at the time of payment.

Can I buy my 4-Day pass or wristband by phone?

Resale on Marketplace or other platforms – How to verify the validity of the pass?

It is not possible to verify. We advise against purchasing passes or wristbands on platforms other than the festival’s official one or at Lepointdevente.com website. Beware of fraud.

What is your refund policy?

All passes, daily tickets, and VIP access for the Les Grandes Fêtes TELUS festival are final purchases, with no refunds or exchanges. No refunds will be accepted whether the weather is good or bad.

In the event that the entire event is canceled due to COVID-19 health measures, the procedure to follow will be communicated to buyers and the information will be shared on our platforms.

What are the health measures in place in 2024?

No health measures are currently in force. Our team follows government announcements daily and will adjust the situation as needed.
