In less than three years, singer-songwriter Francis Degrandpré has gone from being the friend who sings by the campfire to an accomplished artist who lifts crowds across the province. With a unique Francophone new country sound and a deep, rich voice that rivals the biggest country artists, Francis stands out on the Quebec music scene with his unifying themes of hunting, fishing, nature, and good times with friends.
Francis now has thousands of country fans singing along to his own songs, and his second album Se laisser aller, released in September 2024, promises to take his music even further!
In 2023, he won the Félix Award for Country Album of the Year at ADISQ and was awarded three times at the Gala Country for Song of the Year, Contemporary Country Album, and Songwriter of the Year.
