No refunds will be made even if a show is canceled, whether due to force majeure, cancellation by the artist, or bad weather (electrical storms or strong winds).
Please note that a service fee is charged on each ticket during online transactions and is non-refundable.
The stolen ticket is considered invalid as soon as a sworn complaint is made to the police service. The ticket holder agrees that they assume all responsibility for the risks and dangers that may arise from this event and waives all claims for losses and damages resulting from any cause whatsoever, incurred by the holder, whether before or after the event.
The 4-night and daily general admission passes purchased are available in electronic format only.
You have the option to print your ticket or present it directly on your smartphone for contactless admission.
Access tickets to VIP areas come in the form of wristbands. Delivery fees will be charged when purchasing these VIP wristbands.
Please ensure you provide a valid email address according to the purchase and shipping dates.
