Les Grandes Fêtes TELUS offers a reserved area for festival-goers with special needs.
We define a person with reduced mobility as anyone who has difficulty moving permanently and who, as a result, moves in a manual or electric wheelchair.
Site Accessibility
Le Parc Beauséjour is on flat ground and has an asphalt path that facilitates movement for people with reduced mobility. In addition, an elevated area is specially arranged and reserved for people with reduced mobility. Spaces in this area are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accompanist
A person with reduced mobility may have an accompanying person. Please note that the accompanying person must have a 4-night pass or a daily pass registered in their name to access the area.
Sanitary Area
Wheelchair-accessible toilets are available in the area reserved for people with reduced mobility.
Procedures
Spaces in the area for people with reduced mobility are limited. It is necessary to purchase a pass identified as Reduced Mobility on our website in advance for the shows you wish to attend.
On the evening of the show, present yourself with your accompanying person at the main entrance, and our team will be able to guide you to the reduced mobility area once you have entered the festival site.
